Mixing rock’n’roll heritage with Parisian elegance, The Kooples have built a brand that epitomizes modern dressing. It’s men’s and women’s collections are made to be shared and designed to complement each other, all with an ease of simplicity and luxurious fabrics.
The three designers, who are also brothers, take inspiration from a range of cities and people, including bands who are couples, Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin, and London. Androgynous silhouettes play up a sexy insouciance (Kate Moss and Cara Delevigne are fans), buttons embossed with skulls and Savile Row tailoring give the label that extra edge.
The brand shows now sign of slowing down, and its uncompromisingly chic creations have a timeless appeal.
